Hackers have taken advantage of the death of Michael Jackson by sending a spawn of fake, breaking alert e-mails to unsuspecting individuals. To date, the e-mails have only been written in Spanish and Portuguese but, they contain links to a supposed legitimate website. Upon clicking on the link, a pop up appears asking users to update their copy of Adobe Flash. Following through with this request will actually download a virus onto the user's computer. Even more troubling is the fact that even if the user attempts to just close the pop-up window, the virus still forces itself into the user's computer.
