Your NetID = Your Life @ GU
Your NetID password is used to control your access to Georgetown University systems, networks, applications, accounts, and data. Never disclose your NetID password to friends, family, coworkers, classmates, or even your professors!
A compromised password not only puts your e-mail and files at risk, but may also expose sensitive University data and systems. With your NetID password, not only could someone send e-mail that appeared to come from you, but they could view your salary information, bank account routing numbers if you use direct deposit and similar data through Employee Access+.
