Two-Factor Authentication at Georgetown University

Georgetown University is deploying a new solution to better secure university systems and data. This new solution, the RSA SecurID token, is for faculty and staff. The solution protects systems and data through two-factor authentication, a concept that uses two seperate items (i.e. token and PIN) to validate identity and access level.

If you have been identified to use the RSA SecurID token, below you will find all the information you need to request, activate and manage your token, and troubleshoot basic problems before contacting the UIS Help Desk.

For questions or concerns that cannot be answered by the resources below, please contact the UIS Help Desk at help@georgetown.edu or 202-687-4949.
