Requests for UIS Services

  • Site Certificate: Create a help desk ticket that includes:
    • Purpose of the Certificate Signing Request (CSR)
    • The resource the the cert should be applied to (server, application, etc.)
    • A copy of the CSR
  • UIS Technical Review: To submit a request for a UIS technical/architectural/compliance assessments prior to procuring technology products or services, please coordinate with your UIS account manager to ensure you have all the information required for your help desk ticket.
  • Firewall Rule Modification Request: Create a help desk ticket to enable or modify firewall rules for authorized products or services
  • VPN Rule Modification Request: Create a help desk ticket for authorized system access through a VPN group or role (authorized by respective data stewards/system owners)
  • VPN User Request: Create a help desk ticket for membership in an existing VPN group or role (authorized by respective data stewards/system owners)
  • Request for Administrative Access to System Data (submit to help@georgetown.edu)
  • Request for Immediate Action on NetID (submit to uiso-riskmgmt@georgetown.edu)
