Requests for UIS Services
- Site Certificate: Create a help desk ticket that includes:
- Purpose of the Certificate Signing Request (CSR)
- The resource the the cert should be applied to (server, application, etc.)
- A copy of the CSR
- UIS Technical Review: To submit a request for a UIS technical/architectural/compliance assessments prior to procuring technology products or services, please refer to the links below:

- Firewall Rule Modification Request: Create a help desk ticket to enable or modify firewall rules for authorized products or services
- VPN Rule Modification Request: Create a help desk ticket for authorized system access through a VPN group or role (authorized by respective data stewards/system owners)
- VPN User Request: Create a help desk ticket for membership in an existing VPN group or role (authorized by respective data stewards/system owners)
- Request for Administrative Access to User Data (online Google form)
